pJM-pBAD-RFP

The pJM1 plasmid backbone is a broad host range (high/medium copy) plasmid compatible with IncP and IncQ origins of replication. pJM-pBAD-RFP is made from a fusion of pJM1 with pBbB8k-RFP.

  3. Open the corresponding entity library (e.g., DNA Sequences), click on "Import from External DB", select the "ICE Import.." option, and enter the corresponding name: pJM-pBAD-RFP.
