pET28a-MBP

PLASMID

A modification of the pET28a vector wherein a N-terminal 6xHis/MBP is cloned into the NcoI/NdeI site of the vector such that subsequent ORFs cloned into the NdeI site will have this solubility fusion which is cleavable with thrombin.
