PLASMIDKIKO vector containing the medium portion of the mevalonate pathway (MK-PMK-PMD) under the control of Ptrc for its integration at the lacZ site of the DH1 E. coli genome. Be aware these plasmids only replicate in pir cells and therefore they cannot replicate in conventional E. coli strains
