Strain is based on ecnR2 developed in the Church Lab; containing lambda red recombination functionality (lambda-prophage) under control of a temperature sensitive promoter. ecnR2 was CmR and AmpR; these were replaced with KmR and SpecR, respectively, for antibiotic compatibility with plasmids I was using

How to Access This Part

  1. Visit the TeselaGen Community portal.
  2. Sign in or create a free account.
  3. Open the corresponding entity library (e.g., DNA Sequences), click on "Import from External DB", select the "ICE Import.." option, and enter the corresponding name: MAGE-01.
  4. Select the entities, and click Import. A copy of the entities will be copied on your account.
