STRAINContains plasmid pdCas9-nontarget-C7. The plasmid has wild type Ptet promoter controlling dCas9, promoter J23100 controlling a non-target gRNA. The same as dCas9-nontarget-C5 except that its selection marker was changed to KanR instead of GmR.
