PLASMID

One half of a two plasmid system to make novel terpenes. Pair with pJH10. pJH39 contains an operon with two FPP synthase gene from Lepidoptera and gama humulene synthase (Abies grandis) mutant (S484A, Y566F) with an MBP tag driven by an IPTG inducible promoter. The plasmid derives from colony A of 4 possible colonies I picked during construction, so a synonym name is pJH39A.
