pJH20

PLASMID

One half of a two plasmid system to make novel terpenes. Pair with pJH10. pJH20 contains an operon with two FPP synthase gene from Lepidoptera and an alpha humulene synthase (Zingiber zerumbet) driven by an IPTG inducible promoter. The plasmid derives from colony A of 4 possible colonies I picked during construction, so a synonym name is pJH20A.
