STRAIN

This expression strain carries a pET19b vector encoding a cysteine reduced (3x Cys) and more thermostable version of murine TdT with a N-terminally fused maltose-binding protein. Enhanced thermostability was achieved by using the back to consensus approach (BTC) in FireProt (Musil et al, 2017).
