Galactose catabolism cassette integrated using pTE276.dCpf1 gRNA array plasmid transformed into Pp using electroporation. Select on LB Kan plates, 50µg/mL final concentration. Shows slower growth (but not inviable) on M9 lysine, M9 para-coumarate plates.
