Modular, shuttle plasmid for constitutive (PphaC) expression of a beta-alanine pyruvate aminotransferase (BAPAT) from Chromobacterium violaceum and a NADP-dependent 3-hydroxy acid dehydrogenase (ydfG) from E. coli and the constitutive expression (Ptrp) of a propionate-CoA ligase (prpE) from E. coli.
