PLASMIDEmpty vector plasmid pTE433-beta used to assemble targeted gRNAs for DSB activity at user-defined sequences. Cut the plasmid with PmeI-AgeI or amplify with oligos TEAM-1212/1213. After purification assemble with desired gRNA for recombineering.
